- Pseudomonas fluorescens – Make sure the Expiry date
- Potting Mixture – You can purchase it online or Made Yourself, Method is mentioned below
Soaking Seeds
We are advising to treat the seeds with Pseudomonas fluorescens, soak the seeds at least 30 minutes before sowing them to potting mixture. Mix 10 grams of Pseudomonas fluorescens powder in water and make it a loose paste.Add the seeds to the solution and soak it for 30 minutes. Take a seedling tray or paper cup or any other to fill the potting mixture. You can make the Potting mixture by adding cow dung in powder form with soil, do not add any other fertilizers for germinating the seeds. make sure that you have added holes while using a paper cup for germinating the seeds.
Watering Seeds
Sow the seeds at 1/2 inch (small seeds) or 1-inch depth (big seeds) and water them using our watering can. (Rough watering or exposure to rain may dislocate the seeds and affect germination). You can use a small garden sprayer for watering the seeds. The soil should be wet and it shouldn’t get dry or soggy. Water when the topsoil dries out.
Place the seedling tray in a warm spot (15°C – 21°C) until germination (it will take 4 to 21 days), Don’t Place the Units Under Direct Sunlight. After germination seedlings need a lot of sunlight. Transfer the seedlings to the grow bags when they have 1 – 2 sets of true leaves.
